Ashley Care Homes II (Ashley Care) provides assisted living/home care solutions and supports for adult seniors. Ashley Care is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to NC senior citizens who require or desire a home care style living environment. Ashley Care has developed the right mixture of compassion, comfort, safety and quality so each resident will want to call their individual community “home”. By providing meals, housekeeping, activities, transportation, utilities and in-house management staff, Ashley Care will build an unparalleled community/family feeling in each property we manage. How it started

Our company’s founder, Ashley Williams, grew up watching her mother and grandmother, work to provide opportunities for members of their community. They also provided care, love and most importantly FOOD when people were sick or in need of a little love and kindness. These acts of love helped sustain many throughout the years. Williams is walking in the footsteps of the great Lorene H. Williams and the late Dorothy M. Hewett!

Having worked in both the administrative and rehabilitation sector of home care for other agencies, Williams, saw an opportunity to make home care a more personable and loving experience for all parties. Williams felt there needed to be a long term care company that cared about the needs of all, respected both the client and family members, and creates a family friendly working environment for its employees.

Ashley Care began out of a concern for how long term care companies and home care agencies treated their clients, employees and community. Believing that families of all backgrounds deserve better than what’s been offered, a compassionate and service-orientated company began called Ashley Care.

FUTURE GOALS

Ashley Care will build and manage small family care homes (6 to 12 bed max) across the United States, offering seniors assisted living and memory care services. Ashley Care will be a household name.

Ashley Care is family-owned and operated. We start with family, and we strive to welcome each and every resident and employee as part of our larger family. You’ll know our loving staff by name before the end of your first day at your Ashley Care community. Ashley Care will soon have a dedicated housekeeper, an on-site maintenance team, an on-site transportation/driver, a Activity Director, and a full dining services staff. They will all work together seamlessly to make you happy!

Ashley Care will engage residents in daily activities, exciting weekly events, enriching Wellness and Fitness programs, and interesting cultural outings and events all add up to more fun than you can fit into your calendar!

A dedicated and professional staff will be available to you on-site seven days a week. There is no problem we can’t help you solve as we strive to remain observant of all possible safety risks!

DONATIONS

In the past two years, the number of older adults living below the poverty level in Davidson County, has risen 1 percent annually. Many of those have found their way to needing long term senior care. However, the cost of care is too expensive for local seniors.

Ashley Care wants to provide clean and comfortable living accommodations, staff that is more like FAMILY and a daily meal program, where we serve 6 seniors breakfast, lunch, dinner with snacks in-between.

If you or your company chooses to help our home, you will contribute more than just equipment, furniture, paint, doors etc. You will be a key partner in providing a healthy life for more than 6 seniors in need of a place to live that reminds them of home!

The result of your help and our services means that our seniors, many of whom are poor, can live engaged, alert, and physically active lives as long as possible. These seniors should never be considered excess baggage but valued members of our community as long as they live.
